West Point Society to hold annual meeting

The Heart of Texas West Point Society will host its annual Meeting Banquet Saturday at Saint Paul Chong Hasang Church Parish Hall in Harker Heights right across from Harker Heights High School on Farm-to-Market 2410.
The guest speaker will be III Corps and Fort Hood Commander, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone (West Point Class of 1979).
West Point graduates, friends and family members are invited to attend this dinner.
Cost is $15 per person at the door. It begins at 6:30 p.m. with Benny Havens Hour and dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
The dinner is catered by Las Casas Mexican restaurant. Dress is casual.
The West Point Society of Central Texas fosters the ideals of West Point throughout Central Texas by working with high school students interested in attending West Point, working with the local West Point Parents Club and the public at large.The purpose of the society is to provide further public understanding and support of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
