Scott Richard McQuaggeA memorial viewing for Scott Richard McQuagge, 30, of Killeen, will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Harper-Talasek Chapel, 506 N. 38th St., Killeen, followed by memorial services. Scott found his silver lining Nov. 1, 2009.
Scott was born May 21, 1979.
He enjoyed an afternoon of Amtgard with his friends and brother Saun. Scott enjoyed a quiet evening with his drawing pad sketching life as time passed by. He loved spending time with his many nieces and nephews. Scott's hobbies were drawing, reading, building models, collecting memorabilia and traveling.
Survivors include: grandfathers, Melvin Griner of Phoenix, Ariz. and Papa Lucky McQuagge of Black Canyon City, Ariz.; parents, Terry and Melva McQuagge of Killeen; sisters, Sabrina (Jodey) Mericle of Phoenix, Ariz.; Sarah Dyan (Clayton) Carver of Killeen; brothers, TJ McQuagge of San Antonio; Steven (Dina) McQuagge of Freer; SaunEric (Jen) McQuagge of Killeen; and nieces and nephews Ashley, Colton, Shaun, Harlan, Nash, Caytlon, Madison and Graylen.
Scott was a gentle soul who touched the hearts of all who knew him.
Scott was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Vyrene Griner of Phoenix, Ariz., and Pat McQuagge of Black Canyon City, Ariz.
Harper-Talasek Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
